I was honored to be chosen to do both video and photography at this event at Kapiolani Community College. Many local farmers discussed new methods of farming such as aquaponics, with buyers from supermarkets and restaurants in attendance. After the presentations, renowned chef Alan Wong prepared tilapia in four different styles, with the help of KCC culinary students.
The students also prepared some great appetizers and desserts using local ingredients. It's nice to see how local agriculture is growing and diversifying.

The Filipino Community Center in Waipahu is a good venue for large weddings. This one was definitely large! I shot video only; these are all stills taken from video frames.
The ceremony was held in the attractive open-air courtyard. The reception hall is just steps away and is huge! There is also ample parking. The downside from a photographer's point of view is that there aren't any scenic backgrounds for the photos.

Three Tables is great for sunsets, but not so good if you want to avoid crowds. The video from the "M43" cameras I use is getting so good that getting your photos right from the video is a viable option. For example, all these pictures are taken directly from the video I shot.
